We look to the gospel to impact our community, by changing individual lives. It is our prayer that people young and old will personally experience the hope and love of God in Christ. We hope that all our ministries are pathways to God’s grace.

Children

Mainly Music Monday 10:am Mainly music has been designed for enjoyment. Weekly sessions, during the school term, are full of fun, educational music and musical activity to grow and develop your child, followed by something to eat and something to play with, plus time for you to eat and chat!   CCs  Café OPENED Renovated We have taken the OP out of the shop! CCs is friendly coffee shop with great coffee, Christian books new & recycled tasty home made biscuits​ &  some bric-a-brac. Youth Group

Youth Group Currently in recess Often youth group meetings consist of games, team-building activities, food, and discussions about Gods word from the Bible. Coota Youth are a group where youth can have fun, make friends, learn and experience God’s love in Christian community that is a supportive and encouraging environment.​

Bible Studies

KYB Tuesdays 10am during school term Know Your Bible (KYB) studies develop Christians in their knowledge of the Bible and in their own Christian journey. KYB studies are designed to help people, through personal study and group sharing, to know God’s Word and its message for today. Sisters

Sisters Sisters is a fellowship group for all age women and teenage girls. It’s main aim is to bring young and the more mature  together. Once a term we have a fun and interesting event  while still being focussed on God our Father.  This ministry enables women to invite friends and family to a relaxed and friendly event to introduce them to Jesus.

“What if friendship Circle” Currently in recess The friendship circle is a Drop-in Centre to care for each other the poor, the lonely, disenfranchised and disadvantaged… in Christian community with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, compassion, humility, gentleness, and patience. A ‘Friendship Centre’ where ‘all’ can be celebrated as equal Open 10am – 2pm Fridays The centre opens on Thursdays only during the warmer weather

Aged Care Ministry

Aged Care Ministry Our Aim: To take ministry from our church, bringing Christ’s presence, life and love wherever we minister. Nursing Home: 1st and 3rd Thursdays – 11am – Communion service Once a Month – Memorial service. 4th Wednesday – Reminiscence service -“ Ellendale” Special Needs Unit Southern Cross Care Retirement Village: 1st and 3rd Fridays – 9.45am – Communion Service Pastoral & Palliative Care Ministry at both facilities, Home Communions/visits to the frail elderly and those who are unwell.
